Question Wanting to switch from low carb to Core..

I've been doing low carb eating for almost 4 months now and am happy with how full I am. I've lost 35 pounds but getting a little bored and am starting to miss fruit (I eat a little but would like more)
Do you find that you are pretty full on Core, especially just starting out? Do you think I'll gain at first from switching from low carb to Core?
I've done WW points in the past and have had great sucess but just want a change from counting points ya know and the Core plan seems pretty similar to low carb but you get more and I really don't want to be on a "Diet" but have a lifestlye change now that I am done having kids.
Thanks for your input. I'd love any info you could share including what all I can eat. I have my WW getting started book that gives a small list but is there more info? I don't go to the meeting anymore because of cost and childcare.
