The cafe at work has a lot of foreign foods. How do i count the points of these foods? Right now i just had a sesame bar from the shop and i just looked for sesame bar on the tracker and added it like that with the weight. Is this correct?
Any ideas how to count other foreign foods?
Just to clarify i mean foods with no nutrition info on them and when the writing in in a different language.
