I've just joined today, posted in the introduction pages and some kind person pointed me in the direction of the uk fat chicks...thought it was a different site at first lol
Well a bit about me im christina 24 from wigan, im due to qualify as a mental health nurse this september and i'm getting married on 5th july 2008 in the lake district hence the extreme desire and motivation to shed me excess stones lol that and health issues too; had 2 blood clots since the age of 18 (wasnt overweight at the time either
), think ive only ever been "normal weight" for about 2yrs of my entire life and that was between 16 and 18 after i'd spent 18months losing 58lbs and boy did i love it!!! then as i've mentioned earlier i got a blood clot at 18, the gym i was a member of wouldn't let me work out there coz of the clot, that combined with bad eating habits and working nights at the time and my weight soon escalated to what it is now. I am determined this time to get to my goal mainly as i want to feel fantastic in my wedding dress but also i'll be healthier in general and will feel much happier having children when i'm at a healthy weight i just hope i can curb my chocaholicism lmao
