
I joined this forum months ago, but due to being really busy for a while i wasnt able to continue posting. Between now and then I have failed at least 3 diets, then finally I found the diet that worked for me. I began controlling my portions and exercizing regularly and went from 350 to 310 in 3 months. No starving and no crazy diets that I couldn't do. Im hoping to be able to come back on this forum more now that I have time and a new computer. I hope everyone else is doing well too and I cant wait to read more success stories!!
