I went grocery shopping and now I have tons of things I'd like to eat so planning ahead sounds like a good idea..
Breakfast: banana, oatmeal, tea
Lunch: Salmon with a few baked fries + a fruit or veggie
Snack: Pennys 2 pt muffin
Dinner: WW frozen dinner, cooked broccoli
Snack: WW frozen dessert or skinny cow
