Exclamation Week 1 Results - Lose To Cruise 2 - How Are We Doing?

Okay - we have finally set sail and it's time to see how we're doing! (assuming we have exited the cabin and finished abusing those cabana boys? )

My results:

Start weight: 213.4
Week 1 weight: 211.6

Goal: 190

Down 1.8 for the week which is AMAZING to me! Still need to work on the exercise part tho - maybe time to swab the decks?

How is everyone else doing?

Froufie

WOW everyone's doing great. Must be the summer like weather we're having.

Congrats to Frouf, Nicki, and Sandra

Now for my wi, (drumroll please....)

At WW tonight I lost 4.2 lbs very unusual for me. Bringing my results to:

Starting - 0
Week 1 - 4.2 down 10.8 to go (If keep this up I may have to change my goal)

Goal - 15 lbs gone but not forgotten (although I don't want them back even for a visit).

Well Technically this is my week 2 result. But I'm too lazy to start a new thread.

I stayed the same. And after the way I've behaved this week I'm very happy with that. Now if I can do the same next week after a 4 day weekend w/winery touring involved.....

Starting - 0
Week 1 - 4.2 down 10.8 to go
Week 2 - stayed the same still 10.8 to go

Goal - 15 lbs gone but not forgotten (although I don't want them back even for a visit).

Hope everyone else is having a good week.
