Question Fruit question

Someone told me that to much fruit on a diet is a bad thing, that it can actually make you gain weight I'm only eating fresh fruit like pineapple, kiwi, oranges, apples, grapes and watermellon. Can someone give me some insight?

If you are doing WW and counting your points, not going over your allotment, and such....NOTHING is off limits. Are you following CORE? If so....eat to hunger is satiated then stop. Good luck.

Fruits contain natural sugar and if you are sugar sensitive it can be or if you have insulin problems it can be but otherwise eat up.

I eat fruit at least 2 or 3 times daily, and I don't believe it has slowed down my weight loss. That combined with the veggies usually totals about 6 servings per day, sometimes 7. If they don't cause sugar cravings for you, enjoy!
