Default Hey I'm a newbie.

Hey I知 Allie. I知 21 and found your site on Google and hope it will really help me. I知 so tired of thinking I値l go on a diet tomorrow and then say the same thing the next day. It痴 just so frustrating and hard to get motivated. Plus I知 so impatient too. Anyway look forward to meeting you all. Site looks like a good one.

Hey Allie
Welcome to 3fatchicks.. you are going to love it here. I've only been here for possibly less than two weeks? I'm not sure lol, but I feel right at home.
I was reading your post and felt that I knew exactly what you meant about being impatient. I'm exactly the same, thats why I always used to go drastic when I wanted to lose weight... you know quick fixes. And if I did it slowly... if there wasnt any improvement in three days I would come off the diet. This time I'm doing WW. I've been doing it for less than a week but I feel extremely positive about it simply because I'm able to eat the foods that I want. I love it.
I wish you all the sucess in the world and be patient lol I know it's a lot easier said than done! You'll get plently of support here so don't you worry. You can do this... you own your weight... so tell the scales which way you want to move.
