Default A few EFS questions...

Does anyone think it would be an issue if I switched the order of Meals #2 & #3 some days? I just returned from the gym and "berry smoothie" was not going to cut it, so I had brown rice, lentils and veggie. Technically, I was not due to eat that yet.

Also, I have been eating the 100 calorie Balance bars for snacks, which I assume is OK, since the book allows 1/2 regular Balance bar for a snack. I checked the nutritional content and there is not much difference between a 1/2 regular Balance bar and a whole 100 calorie one.

Thanks in advance. I didn't see either of these issues addressed in the book, but I might have missed it.

I don't think that would be a problem. The important thing is how you did over the course of the day

The balance bars should be a good choice, too. Other than calories, does the amount of protein and other nutrients match up close enough?

On those days, I opted for the protein shakes after the gym, I got the Designer Whey shakes in chocolate and put it in the magic bullet with some ice, it was really good. I also bought some of those Balance Bar 100-cal things, I figured it was the same and easier to take along, of course.

I've switched them around a couple of times, as well as combined a meal or two. I think it's just a matter of personal preference.
