Starting on Monday
I'm a WW retread. Back in the 1970s I went from 165 to 113 on WW (that was in the measure and weigh everything days). The weight gradually crept up because I never was much good at Maintenance, and about ten years later I lost another 20 lbs on WW. I mentioned to a good friend that I really need to lose weight, especially since I'm a Type 2 diabetic. He's lost 25 lbs on Core and recommended it, so I'm starting meetings on Monday. I do my shopping once a week, on Thursdays, and have been reading about Core so I can lay in a stock of Core foods and be all ready come Monday.
