Default b4 points, when we had "squares"

Do any of you Lifers have the info we used to have where we had a certain amount of squares for each food group for a day and we checked them off?
I would LOVE to have that info! I ate so healthy then instead of working what I wanted into my points.... I would GREATLY appreciate it if someone could send me the info? THANKS Ladies!

Is Richard Simmons Deal-A-Meal, or "Food Mover" still out there? I know I used the "Deal-A-Meal" cards when I was on WW. The plans were nearly identical (for me a couple exchanges off somewhere in protein or breads I think), and I would use just "deal" the WW exchanges with the cards instead of the weekly WW food journal.

I do remember Deal a Meal - and yes, it was similar to the "squares " we checked off each day..... just need to find out how many squares or exchanges we had for each food group for my weight! Thanks for the info.

I found this link on the Bootcamp Buddies WW website. They had a thread about it, but since the website probably would be considered a competitor site, instead of trying to link to the thread which would be breaking the rules here, I pulled these sites that were recommended in the thread.

Also, on a side note, Richard Simmons's website still sells the "Food Mover" with the little windows that you slide closed to check off your exchanges. The also come up on ebay, but they seem to sell almost as high as on the Richard Simmon's site.
