Default Eating Between Meals

Three days into Core, and I've run into an obstacle:
I'm not eating enough at breakfast or lunch, so I get too hungry by mid-afternoon. I ate a huge (but reasonably healthy and OP snack) and 4:30, then I just ate 3 brownies and a handful of cashews I feel sick, and very disappointed with myself.

How to change:
1. I will eat a larger breakfast
2. I will eat lunch earlier in the day and include more protein
3. I will eat a snack by 3:30

Snack ideas to share? I can do raw vegetables w/ff cottage cheese and I know there's always microwave popcorn. What else do people like for snacks?

BTW, I made the cornmeal pumpkin muffins this morning (from the Recipe thread) and they are great! Very filling and a nice mellow flavor.

I am satisfied with fruit for snacks, but I know not everyone would be.

Having more protein does help!

more protein and adding more fiber in the morning will help those 3 pm cravings too...
