yup its really hard to lookat 93 lbs to lose but, i guess on the plus side i lost 124 and still had another 29 to lose to hit goal so a total weight loss of 153 pounds to lose last time vs 93 but, its still hard to see those numbers. my dr said i was just one of those people no matter what i eat when i'm pregnant i gain like crazy. ugggh.. but, i know with weight watchers and the great support you get here that i can lose it all again.. )

already got out and walked a mile with my basset hound this morning while my hubby watched the boys ))

Keep it up! You can do it, especially if you think in 20 lb increments. Think of how you will feel in 4 months if you DON'T do anything, as opposed to how you will feel in 4 months if you are less than 200lbs! Keep your eye on the overall goal!!!
You are AWESOME!!!

You can do it. I gained alot after my daughter was born and have lost 80 lbs so far. Don't worry about you having to go back just be proud of yourself that you did.

Keep it up!
