Lunch: Lean Sirloin burger on a bun (points), slice of Borden's FF cheese, ketchup, raw onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle, fresh fruit salad
Dinner: Chipotle chicken burrito bowl (chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, pinto beans, guacamole) , 1/4 cup brown rice cooked at home
Snack: Orange or popcorn
