Arrow Week 2 Results - Weight Falls To The Falls!
Well as designated 'challenge' leader I am not doing so well - so hope none of you are following my example. Past few days have consisted of major binge eating and I sure wish I could just tape my mouth shut!

Did not weigh myself this morning - but will try and remember to weigh in tomorrow. Suffice it to say that my weight will definitely be up and I will need to really focus to get anywhere near my goal!

Start: 212
Week 1 - 209.6
Week 2 - tbd

April 19 goal - 205

So how is everyone else doing this week?

Frouf, I don't weigh in until Monday. I'm doing pretty good except for the lack of exercise. Same old song!

rhonda, i apologize for making you eat that cookie the other day. i won't post what all i've eaten this past weekend. i'm op in the am. i'll step on the dreaded scales, too. hope they don't break.

I didn't have such a good w/i. But I really think it has to do with the massive amount of salt I had on Sunday and some hormonal issues!
