I find that I have the most success when I plan out my entire day's meals and snacks. I pack all my food the night before so that there's no last minute "Oh shoot, I don't have time, forget it" excuse.

live for my afternoon snack. When I get home I have a couple of natural rice cakes with 1tbsp of peanut butter. It's my very favorite food moment of each day. What do you think you'll pack for your drive-home snack?
