lightly stir-fried.

I dont like baby carrots...I used to eat them all the time for convenience and then one day bought big carrots again and realized how much more flavor they have.

Raw carrots make me ravenously hungry

I love baby carrots. I eat them every day for lunch with broccoli and grape tomatoes. I can no longer eat them or most vegetables raw so I steam them and then eat them with a little low fat dip. A big bowl with lunch sure fills me up.

Carrots in a stir fry are wonderful. I also make a dish of mashed potatoes and carrots, with ff sour cream and a little dill weed. Another way is asian carrots with some soy sauce and a little brown sugar. This weekend I stir fried some shredded carrots, and broccoli slaw, dumped in some chicken stock and then some whole wheat couscous to make a yummy side dish.

I eat carrots almost every day, the baby carrots. Only because I am lazy and eat mass amounts of carrots. I do agree that baby carrots don't have as much flavor as regular carrots.

My bf poaches them in water, whiskey and a little brown sugar. Yum!

For Christmas one year, I filled the crock pot and covered them with a mixture of chicken broth and onion soup mix. They were delicious!

That sounds wonderful! I have to try that!

I actually prefer the taste of baby carrots to regular carrots when eating them raw. To me they're sweeter where as the regular carrots are more bitter.

With cooked carrots it doesn't matter which kind they are. I'd rather eat them cooked than raw, though. I'm not a big fan of raw carrots unless I can dunk them in tons of dip.
