Default is it normal

.... to experience a slow down in weight loss after 3 weeks??? I lost 1.6kg in my first week, 1kg in my second, and then 800g in the last week... I know 800g is still a good loss (ummmm just under 2.2lb), but I thought I had done better this week...

(although, I did have chinese for lunch on Saturday, and THEN a hamburger & hot chips for dinner lol)...

Guess i'll just keep my chin up & aim to keep on track more this week?

Weight loss is average between .5-2 pounds a week with most of us around 1 pound a week.

Chinese can play a major effect on many due to sodium same way with burgers and fries.

Also 3rd week is the normal time we start exercising and your muscles tend to retain water in them when you start or change an exercise routine. This is a temporary problem....

Your first couple weeks also tend to be a little larger because of a higher percentage of water weight lost in the first couple weeks. Sodium causes water retention, but not "real" weight, as drinking extra water will flush out the extra water.
