Hello everybody, am a new member. I also joined Scottish Slimmers 4 weeks ago, I have lost my first 7lbs yeeeeeeeeeeessssss. Am now down to 15 stone and 13lbs.
Am so happy. I bought a pair of jeans just before I joined SS, bought the size I would always buy.........they never fitted, thats when I had to take a reality check. But guess what I can fit into the jeans.

I'm so happy for you! You remind me of me. Reality hit me when I went to buy a suit to attend a wedding. Was then a tight size 10. Found a beautiful shell pink number and a ten was like a sausage skin!

Twas time.

Now I'm back to a size 2 and have maintained my loss for 6 months.

You can do it too! I'm rooting for you!!!!

Ever get that feeling that you Know you put weight on. Away on holiday their people, and I ate the total wrong food, I really could do with alot of support.
