Question Angel food cake?
Hello- I was wondering if anyone can tell me how you would count angel food cake? I'm going over to some friends for dinner and there will be angel food cake here. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.

angel food cake isn't on plan right now. But if you choose to have a small slice, I would count it as a starch.
