Default Gogurt - my new BFF

Hey all - I don't know if this is the exact place to post this....sounds ok though, feel free to repremand me if a random post like this is obnoxious

Just had to mention a new favorite! GoGurt, Dannon I think? It is marketed to kids, but its super handy! A yogurt carton is a little bulky when you are on the go, and you always need to remember a spoon too (I can barely rememeber my first name most days....so this is an issue lol) Anyhoo.....These little GoGurts are portable yogurts in a pushup popsicle kind of way, they are a little smaller in portion, 80 cals a piece rather than 110 cals of my usual light yogurt, I like this point. They are super convenient as far a portability goes. AND....drum roll please.....they are FANTASTIC if thrown in the freezer for a couple hours....mmmm creamy frozen yogurt goodness!

Oh the down side one could take the stand that they have added suger (hey, they are for kids) and they contain *gasp* High Fructose Corn Syrup that I have decided to avoid as much as possible....but a little wont kill ya. and they are danged yummy!

Seriously....try them frozen....heaven!

So weird because this morning the kids had some time before school and my son was looking through my calorieking book and looked up gogurt (I buy it for them once in awhile) He was telling me "80 calories mom, would be a nice little treat for you"....LOL now that you mention frozen...I actually may stick one in the freezer for a little treat next time I buy them some

My kids absolutely love these. I just pop the whole box in the freezer when we get home and when they want a snack they know that this is one of their options.
