Arrow FLEXCORE team stats: 1/21-1/27
ok everyone!

bf i post results, i just wanna say that both teams are doin an awesome job!!! for those of us that didnt lose this week myself included.. just remember you can do it! and theres no giving up miss myra ok??

ok.... here we go!

CORE team lost 17.6 lbs!

FLEX team lost 40.4 lbs!!

Andrea - I'm just curious. How many people are on each team? It looks like core team did bad but there could be more people on flex so can you tell us?
