Smile Getting Closer...

2 more lbs. gone.....!!

6 more til goal

Cannot even believe it, in a way. I mean, I can, cause I've worked really hard....but still, it seems almost too good to be true.

Calorie counting does help tremendously and so does this site. So thanks, girls.

I love calorie counting and highly recommend it. Have I mentioned that lately?

Thank you!

I started counting calories in August. I came to 3FC and saw everyone talking about fitday. I remember thinking, "what the heck is fitday?"

I looked it up and seeing as I'm a very visual person and LOVE charts and graphs, I got totally hooked.

But yeah it really is effectve and I like knowing exactly what I'm consuming and where I 'stand.'

I learned so much about the nutritional content of food from fitday. It really is a valuable tool.

Great job! I cant wait to be that close to my goal. When I first started my goal was 190 and I thought I would never get there. Then as I got to 200 I thought I can totally go to 180. Then I got to 190 and thought well 175 would be a good goal. I am 188 now and am already thinking 170. I am still not sure if that is what I will want to be. I wont know till I get there. I have always been over weight and am not even sure what my goal weight will be. I am currently the size I was in high school. Which leads me to a question. How many of you have moved your goal down like this? How many of you feel you do not know what will be a good final weight for you?
