Default LAWL Egg Drop Soup

EGG DROP SOUP

Serving Size: 1 Recipe
Counts As: 1 Protein, 1 Vegetable

Ingredients:
2 Cups of low-sodium chicken broth, prepared from bouillon
1/4 tsp lite salt
dash of white pepper
5 green onions
2 or 3 eggs

1. In a medium saucepan, add chicken broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
2. In a small bowl, lightly beat eggs. Stir in onions
3. Pour egg mixture slowly into broth, stirring constantly with a fork, until the eggs from strands.

Me loves my egg drop soup...

One word of caution.. Don't stir the eggs too quickly, or you'll end up with scrambled egg soup.. And let's just say that's not what I call "Good Eats"...
