Default Second Day Counting Points!!!

I finally got my kit last week and started yesterday. It went so well. I am so surprised at how much I was able to eat.

I was frustrated when I weighed a piece of chicken breast and saw how small 2 ounces actually is I still have 3 points left to eat tonight. I wonder how I will feel when I actually have to lower my points. I wonder if I will still feel as full.

On a down note, I had been exercising but threw my back out today. I've been in the bed all day. Hopefully, I will be better tomorrow and able to get up and go!!

To be honest, I was slightly worried about losing and decreasing my points, but now that I'm on less points than I started on, I have more trouble eating all my points, especially with all my bonus exercise points. Many days I have to force myself to eat extra! I've been doing the program for 10 weeks now.

It wasn't so bad loosing some points, I rarely use even some of my flex points plus you get extra points when you exercise.

I just eat more things like adding 0 or low point foods in my meals to make up the difference.

I hope your back feels better soon. Good luck!
