I must say though. It's not healthy to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week. If you lose weight fast, you can gain it back easier.
In my senior year in high school I weighed almost 260 lbs. I made a few changes here and there as a new years resolution, lost the weight
slowly, and still today I have kept it off! Now, if I could just get back on track and lose the rest! LOL!
