Default new year's goals? resolutions?

so - now that we're a few days into the new year, what do you want to accomplish in 2007?

my goals are simple. i can't focus on anything complicated.

get to the gym for weights 2 days a week. for 1 hour. that's all. just 2 hours a week of weights.

i went last night - just have to find another hour. yep - just one more hour.

To get rid of the small puke bucket I carry with me at all times... AKA eat like a somewhat normal person.
Oh, get stronger... I go back to work on the 15th. We'll see how long it takes me to quit b/c I don't think I'm ready yet.
Become the person I thought I'd be after surgery. I've been through so much in 2006 that I figure 2007 HAS got to be better, right?? I just feel less healthy now than I did before surgery, and I'm more skeptical (I call it realistic) about EVERYTHING now days and I don't like that.

NEXT???
Hugs,
Sharmel

Shar - great to hear from you. I wondered how you were making out - 2006 definitely sucked for you so here's to a fabulous 2007!

My goal is to increase my exercise to 3-4 days a week. I see a trainer 2x a week and do my cardio while I'm there so I want to add two more days of cardio!

My goal is to take my vitamins. I really hate taking them, but I feel so much better when I do, so I just need to get over and DO IT! The other goal is simply to keep on exercising. That's it!

Oddly enough I have the post it with my resolutions next to the computer. . .now if only I could include them in my life!
1. relax more (I have 2 speeds on and off)
2. drink my water/non caffienated beverages (as a kid with a small bladder i trained myself not to drink so i could survive)
3. Set aside time to write
4 exercise twice a week (generally I get this from PT but i want to include more)
This is way too early to be up!

In 2007 I'd like to learn to like exercise again (no matter what it is). I want to be more active and eat healthier.
