Default Nutrition Guide Help Please

Can you wonderful ladies tell me something please? I bought a can of Lite Pear Halves, and I'm looking at the Nutrition Guide. There are 3 1/2 servings per can. And its 60 calories per serving.
Does this serving INCLUDE the juice? Is it fair for me to assume that I will not be eating 60 calories per serving because I am not drinking the juice?
I LOVE fruit, but it seems unfair to me that I use up points on something I'm not really eating (or drinking).
And I had the same question about the Lean Cuisines I eat. I'd have to assume they calculate the nutrition for the WHOLE thing, so if I get alfredo, and there's still 1/4 cup of alfredo sauce left in the container, that means I didn't eat a full serving, right?
I'm stingy with my points, and I am horrified of starting to gain back this weight after my tonsillectomy.
Thanks for the help!

Yes it is everything included however on the fruits it doesn't reduce much on the juice.

And same thing with the alfredo that you leave in the bottom...is it that you don't like it and what you leave is not going to be that much in the points.

I wondered the same thing. How about canned beans, like kidney, pinto, etc. Does the calories per serving include the juice? I always drain the juice off these bean, then weigh them on my digital scale and it gives me the calories. The same question can be asked for canned green beans, corn, etc. I don't eat the juice, do you think I'm cheating myself for weighing just the food and not the juice?

Canned veggies (beans, peas, etc) only have water....

Again I stress the points for the juices are not that many points/calories thus you aren't cheating yourself by not counting it however the juice however if it something like the alfredo sauce you can't subtract it because it doesn't take that much of the sauce away.........

The points you are talking about are negligable. Either eat the whole thing or count it all.
