I lost 2.5 pounds last week and am feeling quite good, since i signed up to this site, i just feel like i can make it, not only have so many of you done it which encourages me more. But there is so much advise and always a shoulder to lean on thanks everyone you got me feeling like Superwoman. You know when i have a bad day i never feel like i should give up or even have had a bad day, i feel i can just get on here ...confess...then get right back on it. for everyone.
