oh Curly!!!! don't give up hope! I know you can do it....just think smaller blocks of time to get through a food crisis. If you know that you're time is terrible at 5pm, then put up blocks to stop you from being tempted. Chew gum while cooking, brush your teeth, have veggies ready for a quick grab, go for a walk with Chai dog. If you're snacky while watching tv, keep your fingers busy, use a Crest whitestrip on your teeth, ...(personally eating a pickle stops my sweet tooth)....after one day of better choices, hopefully that will turn to another day of OP etc etc. We all know what to do, but its whether we do it or not. You've done it before and YOU CAN DO THIS AGAIN!!!!
