Melissa, you've still got time to knock off a couple of pounds.
We can all do this!!!! Yay! I've eaten out the last three days and I am sure I've used plenty of points. I'm also doing yoga each morning and that expends some energy.
Also, I get new points on Weds. so if I'm careful I can use lots of points for Thanksgiving and the challenging days after. I'd love to lose another pound this week, but I'll wait till Wed. to see what happens.
