
Did you have a nice walk yesterday? I’m going hiking today – it’s the perfect weather for it too: it’s cloudy with no rain. I like in an area with great hiking possibilities, and I’m just starting to really like it. I used to think walking was boring, and wanted more action or something - but I’m getting better at enjoying it. It helps that I’m getting in better shape too; it’s not so heavy/tiring/exhausting to walk uphill and downhill anymore.
Have a great weekend everybody! I don’t really have any plans – I just want to relax, do some reading, and maybe see a movie. Nice slow weekends are the best...

It’s just that it’s been really helpful for me to post here – I now have 2 whole weeks where I’ve achieved my exercise goals: I’ve exercised a little every day. And you guys have helped with the motivation! So: thanks!
