  • Whew. That was a crazy weekend. Sorry I haven't posted in 1/2 a week. We decided a week before to go visit our dear friends in Texas (we're in NC!) so that was a 16 hour drive there and back, all over the weekend. So it was crazy hectic, BUT we had a fantastic time. I didn't diet in the slightest since me and my friend are actually dieting buddies, we decided to make it diet free weekend and jump back on afterwards. So tomorrow I will start my diet again!

    Also, as SOON as we go to leave my lovely friend TOM showed up. Talk about inconvenient. 16 hour trip with THAT. UGH.

    Hope you ladies are doing great. I will update in the morning with my official after weekend weight

  • *Sigh* I think I might need to start lowering my calories more. I'm averaging around 1400-1500 a day with little exercise. Maybe that's too much?

    Kymb92 a small change might make a difference, I'm about an inch shorter than you, myfitnesspal starts me at around 1350, maybe adding a short walk, for me, I'd rather add in activity than cut out food best of luck!

    The week is almost over and hopefully by the weekend the water weight from TOM will flush itself out. Scale is just holding for me and the bloat just will not go away. In any case, I will finally graduate the training period with the new job Friday and it can't come soon enough. Sure hope you folks have a great on-plan day!!!!

    Jacqui - Congrats on being down to 185!

    kelijpa - The weekend hit me hard too so I can totally relate. I've got all of mine off but .8. Hopefully we can both get back down to where we were. Stay strong.

    Today is my third day of no sugar/bread and so far so good. I am noticing that I am not craving junk food like I usually do. I have been allowing myself a few nuts for an afternoon snack. I hope I can keep this going for a few weeks.
