  • I'm reviving this thread. I'm actually thrilled to be here, but I look forward to 190's being in my rearview mirror by April sometime. Today I weighed in at 199.2 Onward and downward!!
  • Yesterday was my big walk, only it's not as big as it first was. First time I did it this season I had to sit on a bench on the way back. What was once an hour and 40 minutes was an hour and 20 yesterday. It's a park with hills and beach and all kinds of terrain.

This morning I woke up and I was 198.4 My short term goal is 196.6 by next Saturday, which will mark 30 lbs.
  • Yesterday was my day of rest. On these days it looks like I walk about 6,000 steps and I only burn 2250 calories. Since I still want to lose 2 lbs a week - I've got a long way to go - I dropped from my 1500 calories to 1200. The previous few days I felt hungry all day, yesterday not so much. I won't get into details, but I knew based on how much time I spent in the bathroom that I was losing weight.

    This morning I woke up and was 197.0 I'm a solid size 14 now. I'm hoping around the 185 - 186 range I'll be in a 12.
  • I went golfing yesterday for the first time this season. I was stronger, I didn't get winded and I'm hitting much further now than before. We went out to eat afterwards - I had rockfish, wild rice and veggies. I'm always worried about eating out and the salt and weight gain. Last night I had to say let's not share dessert - I don't have the fortitude to only have a few bites.

    Today's weight - 196.4
  • It's creeping down. I don't want to be the lone person in the 190's! I'm trying to get to that new group, though they may all be gone by the time I get there. Today I will do interval training on the treadmill for an hour, it's my toughest workout. I don't think I've run since I was a kid.

    Today's weight 195.8
  • Hi hi!
Anyone else trekking out of the 190s? I'm stuck at the top and looking for a buddy. I'm trying to get down to 170 from a peak at 270ish. So its been a long road but I have around 25ish pounds left. Looking just for someone to walk these decades with! Hope everyone had a good week!
