  • I met almost all my goals. First, for the one I didn't make... I only lost 7lbs. and the goal was 13. But I'm gaining muscle from my strength training so I know that makes a difference.
    I did lose 14 inches all over though! Yay! (technically more since I only measured 1 calf, 1 thigh, 1 upper arm. And I presumably lost in both)
    Did 67 hours of cardio...goal was 60
    Did 191.5 miles...goal was 100
    Burned 52,009 calories...goal was 50,000

    Aiming for 75 hours of cardio, 200 miles, 60,000 calories burned, and 10 lbs weightloss in OCT. Who's with me???!!!

    I'm very pleased with my Sept results. I have a strength test Wed. which I'm excited about because I've gotten a lot stronger since I started the 12-week strength training program and I graduate in 2 more weeks.
