WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: That my body is a tool, that allows me to do stuff, it's not there by itself, it doesn't define who I am, and if I dont' like something, I'm the only one who can change it. I look at this as a life style thing, a daily thing, not a to lose this much by this time thing. I"m successful no matter what size I am, I just use that attitude towards my weight loss.
