Have tried many diet programs - they work if I can stay with them-it is not the progam - it is my motivation - I am also on anti-depressants and was glad to find this forum - I didn't think anyone else had put the two ideas together

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS:emotional eating, hardcore! That, and beating myself up when I do make a mistake. In a fight between me and a bag of cookies, I'd put my money on the cookies.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: That my body is a tool, that allows me to do stuff, it's not there by itself, it doesn't define who I am, and if I dont' like something, I'm the only one who can change it. I look at this as a life style thing, a daily thing, not a to lose this much by this time thing. I"m successful no matter what size I am, I just use that attitude towards my weight loss.
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? I've actually been on 3FC for awhile, but I decided to do it over again. I had a bad attitude before, and I've changed my outlook, so I'm re introducing myself under that pretense.
Sorry to add on, but I forgot to mention that I have bipolar disorder, and that is what has caused me to choose this forum... my bad. Sorry about that.
