No calories. You have to use protein, carbohydrates, fiber, fat now.
The old slide rule will not work. There is also no slide rule for the new program. You need to either use the blue book they give you, purchase other books, use their online tools, or purchase their calculator.
I went to the Sunday meeting, and I love the new program! I am eating much healthier, and feeling much more satisfied. Not having cravings for chips or sweets.
