Thanks everyone! I have to ask... what does DH mean? I see people say it all the time, I'm guessing H is for husband haha.
My motivation is just sucking lately. I'm maintaining my weight but I'm just not trying very hard to lose. I don't know what triggered this and it's a downer because I have been doing good since the beginning of April.
I want this to be a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet that I do until I'm at a happy weight. I feel like I'm making excuses on why I should feel satisfied with my weight when I do have far to go to have a healthier body.
I think it all started when I was trying to figure out how to know when to stop losing weight. I did a waist to hip ratio test and found I have a healthy ratio, I did a body fat test (I know they are not accurate) and found I'm borderline of having healthy body fat for a non athlete, and some other stuff.
And because life is busy, I'm letting things slip. This is the busiest time of year for me and we're making it busier by trying to save up to move.
So my job for today, after cooking Dylan's birthday dinner (why did we have to start dating four days before his birthday?) I'm going to look for motivational things and put them around the house. I don't want to fall off the wagon like I did last Christmas (why does my birthday have to be three days after Christmas?)
