  • Go get 'em, ubergirl. I am gonna focus hard this week too. Maybe we will both drop some pounds!

Still 208 here but the scale (dial) was more like 207.5 so maybe tomorrow I will hit a new number.
  • The whoosh continues - and I'll celebrate for as long as it does! Down to 206.8 today.

And I just passed the halfway mark to my ultimate weight goal...and I'll celebrate even though I'm not sure that's where my final weight will be.
  • Congrats calluna! That's great!
I am hanging onto your tail for some whoosh momentum, lol.
  • Grab on! I'm not entirely sure why it's happening - post TOM, perhaps, but my stressful workshop weeks also ended on Friday and I've been whooshing ever since.

The three weeks before that were very, very slow even though I was OP. Go figure.
  • 202. I'm bored with this number.
  • Back to 208.2.
Today I am going to the gym for the first time in several weeks and that always makes me bounce.
  • 204.2 this morning.... Hoping the downward trend continues...
  • still at 206
  • I got a Big whoosh this morning. I weighed in at 202.2. I expect I am going to be staying at that number for awhile as normally when I drop that much weight I will bounce up a couple of pounds then drop again. We will see...
  • Yeah! Finally after 10 days of 208/209, I got to 207 this morning! Hanging on for my post-TOM whoosh!
  • UCLR Wow!!!!! Look at you go, girl!! 202??? You are literally within spitting distance of onederland. AMAZING! And look at your avatar! You look adorable-- I would never recognize you. Amazing!
  • Oh, and me, I'm 204 this morning. But that's okay, because the next time I bounce down, I'll probably make it below 203. YAY!
  • Lyn and uclr, good going! Looks like my whooshing is done as my weight was stable this morning. I had a hard workout last night and ate well, so things're good here.
  • 201.5 again.
  • 203...I'm ready to see something ELSE on the scale...like 199.8! I need a whoosh to keep my spirits up! I guess it's a good thing I haven't gained, but I would sure like to see the scale drop just a little bit!
