By some miracle, I was still 228 this morning. Even after gorging on CARAMEL FILLED COOKIES, SUSHI, YAKISOBA, A RIDICULOUSLY HUGE SLICE OF CAKE, and CHICKEN PARM this past weekend.
I'm back on track today with a delicious turkey sandwich for lunch stuffed with veggies! Also last night I completed W1D3 of c25k, and I'm looking forward to moving on to week 2!
