DECEMBER - One reason you will stay on plan today

  • I will stay on plan today because I would like to reach goal sometime in January.
  • Today is another day... I am glad to think that 2 cookies were the only things I had off plan yesterday... I managed to get through the rest of the day OP. But let me tell you that having cookies in the morning made my day so much harder... I thought about having more sweets all day long and there were times when I thought I would not make it without another cookie....
    Gosh!!!
    I learned my lesson in the hard way...
    But today no cookies and I'll be on plan because I am so proud of myself and don't want to ruin my week at the very last day
    BTW: I had a very tough week... having to refuse so many temptations.... I had to say no to a free dinner Wednesday night, say no to some bakery at the lunch room and say no to free Burger King from a lady at work!!!
    Didn’t manage to say no to 2 cookies yesterday though But that is past....
    Boy those cookies still haunting me.... EVIL!!!!
  • Just Because. Like Nike says...Just Do It. And today is one of those days... JUST BECAUSE!
  • I am wanting to eat for some reason this morning but I will stay strong because I want to be in control of myself.
  • My body feels so much better with every pound I lose. Every day I'm on track I'm one step closer to losing a pound or a few dozen
  • bc my friend's eyes bugged out when i told her how much i had lost, I wanna keep going!
  • I will stay on my plan because having sanity with food feels alot better than bingeing in the long run.
  • Everyone gives such good reasons for staying on plan that I keep wanting to say "Me too, me too!" So I will stay on plan today for most of the reasons above.
  • Because I am working really hard and seeing major changes in my muscle tone, and I want to get the fat off so everyone else can see the changes too.
  • I've got until March 20th to fit into a gorgeous, fitted dress. Every pound I lose gets me one step closer to getting a dress I look good in, and right now everyday counts. I need to stay on plan!!!
  • because i want to feel comfortable and confident with my body
  • Because saying no to DH about me eating mcdonalds for dinner felt empowering. I don't need to eat junk food. I *want* my snug fitting size 20 stretchy pants to be baggier by valentines day!
  • I'm staying on plan because I've seen so much progress in myself I want to see more!
  • Because someone told me I was looking skinny in my skirt today and I wanna keep looking that way.
  • Because I want to feel good about myself, and accomplishing this goal is one way to get there.
