  • Bette: I've never done hypnosis before. I've read the book first- and it's filled with lots of common sense ideas- very similar in nature to the inside out weight loss podcasts I've listened to throughout the year.
    But the scale has started moving after spending most of August stuck at 174, and I think it's a combination of the hypnosis & logging close to 20,000 steps a day
  • Bradleys Mom... I use SparkPeople as well.. and I absolutely LOVE it.. has been a huge help for me ..especially with keeping track of calories...

    wow 20,000 steps is very impressive.

    what podcast are you referring to?

  • Kimberly - I use livestrong.com (formerly The Daily Plate). I really like it and they have loads of foods in their logs so I don't have to go too far to find out calorie counts. Like you I used to to LAWL until they closed. Since then I've been struggling to get things back under control. I've got the right attitude now so I'm hoping this challenge is just what I need to get started again.
