Working long hours at work, and then a sick husband who tosses and turns all night (poor guy
) has kept me from getting any sleep. I am exhausted, to put it mildly!



It sucks, I know. But keep doing everything else you can do as you recover (i.e. eating right, etc). Maybe you could do some weights for the upper body (or if you already have incorporated a weight-lifting program, focus on that?). Hang in there!!
