Hey Ladies!!!!! I am back from GA but still at my boyfriends right now. We are going to an early lunch and then I will be heading for home and he will be heading for work. I did not stay POP while on vacation but I did not totally blow it at least I dont think so. The hardest part was just getting everything in because we were staying at his sisters and she cooked and they just do not realize how much food I have to get in during the day. I did the best that I could. Anyway I was POP last sunday so I am going to post that menu and then get back POP today!!!!!

Red w/lites
Breakfast: 2oz bagel, 3/4 cup egg beater, 1oz cheese, 8oz OJ, (S,P,1/2D,2F)
Snack: LA Lite
Lunch: LAWL Indian Style Chicken 1/2 portion, 1/2 cup green beans, (1/2P,S,2V,1/2D)
Snack: 15 grapes,LA Lite
Dinner: 2.5oz pork loin, 1 cup cooked squash, 1/2 baked potato w/ 1 tsp butter (1/2P,2V,S,Fat)
Snack: 2oz cheese (1/2P)
Water: 64oz
Ok that has me up to date for last week now and I will start on a POP day today.

Nature's Own WW - Double Fiber. It has 50 calories per slice and like 5g fiber??? I'm hoping this is it.......I really need a sandwich to count as one starch!
But then again, I did replace the frozen pina colada with wine at lunch yesterday. Obviously the wine was the better choice.
