  • Hey Ladies!!!!! I am back from GA but still at my boyfriends right now. We are going to an early lunch and then I will be heading for home and he will be heading for work. I did not stay POP while on vacation but I did not totally blow it at least I dont think so. The hardest part was just getting everything in because we were staying at his sisters and she cooked and they just do not realize how much food I have to get in during the day. I did the best that I could. Anyway I was POP last sunday so I am going to post that menu and then get back POP today!!!!!

    Sunday 6-24-07
    Red w/lites

    Breakfast: 2oz bagel, 3/4 cup egg beater, 1oz cheese, 8oz OJ, (S,P,1/2D,2F)
    Snack: LA Lite
    Lunch: LAWL Indian Style Chicken 1/2 portion, 1/2 cup green beans, (1/2P,S,2V,1/2D)
    Snack: 15 grapes,LA Lite
    Dinner: 2.5oz pork loin, 1 cup cooked squash, 1/2 baked potato w/ 1 tsp butter (1/2P,2V,S,Fat)
    Snack: 2oz cheese (1/2P)
    Water: 64oz

    Ok that has me up to date for last week now and I will start on a POP day today.

  • I'm not on the challenge, just joined the site a few days ago. I need to make sure I bought the right bread though.. Nature's Own WW - Double Fiber. It has 50 calories per slice and like 5g fiber??? I'm hoping this is it.......I really need a sandwich to count as one starch!

  • I was not POP on Saturday, but since I was a designated driver, I'm pleased to say, I did not partake in alcoholic fruits and starches on Saturday, which is a huge deal for me...plus, it makes today (Sunday) a lot easier to stay POP since I won't be craving grease and junk.
  • Thanks for the info and I'm sure I will. Congratulations on staying away from the liquid fruit and starchs. I can usually do the same during the week but there is just something about Saturday evening that makes that glass of wine irresistable.

    I've been overdoing the liquid fruits lately. But then again, I did replace the frozen pina colada with wine at lunch yesterday. Obviously the wine was the better choice.

    4: 5 oz Poached Salmon, 12 cherry tomatoes, 1 Tbsp Mayo (P, 3Vs, Fat)
    5: Lemon Lite (Lite)
    6: 6 oz Grilled Shrimp, ¾ Cup Grilled Pineapple, 3 Cups Sliced Peppers, 1 Tsp Olive Oil (P, F, 3Vs, Fat)
    7: 2 Flat Breads, Laughing Cow Spread Wedges (2S, D)

    Sunday, July 1 - POP Day for me

    B - LA Lite, Egg sandwich (1/2 cup eggbeaters, 1T lite mayo, 1 Alternative Bagel and 1 slice FF cheese) (1 Lite, 1P, 1Fat, 1S, 1D)
    Coffee w/1 T FFFV creamer (1 condiment)

    S - LA Lite

    L - 6 baby carrots and an awful turkey wrap from Great Wraps, diet coke (1V, 1S, 1P, 1Fat)

    D - 2 oz lean ground turkey, pasta, tomatoe sauce w/mushrooms, onions; 1/2C cooked broccoli w/smidge of ff blue cheese dressing on top (.5P, 1S, 2V)

    S - SF/FF pudding with 1C sliced, fresh strawberries (yummy) (1D, 1Fr)

    Lots of water today too.
  • I do not think I will be POP today but the day is not over we shall see I will have to go work on this.......
  • Well I will not post my menu as I was not POP i was OP but missing 1/2P sooooo its back to the drawing board for me I was really close but I just cant eat anything else. My probably was not having breakfast because I slept in. See you all tomorrow!!!

    Lunch: Turkey, cheese, spinach, mayo, cabbage roll-up (1/2P, 1D, 1V, 1Fa, 2S)
    Afternoon: Lite, apple (1Fr)
    Dinner: Chicken breast, green beans, garlic toast, strawberries (1P, 1V, 2S, 1Fr)
    Evening: SD (1P, 1S)

    Sunday:Breakfast: Peaches, yogurt (1Fr, 1D)
    Mid-Morning: Lite
    Lunch: Mongolian Grill (chicken, shrimp, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms) 3 pieces of sushi (2 1/2P, 3V, 2S)
    Afternoon: Lite, apple (1Fr)
    Dinner: Carrots, olives, banana (1V, 1Fa, 2Fr)
    Evening: Yogurt, crackers (1D, 2S)

    Monday, July 2 - POP Day for me

    Pre workout - LA Lite and Coffee w/1 T FFFV creamer (1 condiment)

    Breakfast - 1 Alternative Bagel w/1T Peanut Butter (Better N' Butter) and Coffee w/1 T FFFV creamer (1S, 1/2P, 1 condiment)

    S - LA Lite

    Lunch - Chick Filet Chargrilled Chicken sandwich (1P, 2S) and Diet coke

    S - 1/4C edame, 6 baby carrots, mini box raisins (1/2P, 1V, 1Fr))

    Dinner - 2 oz tuna prepared w/1T mayo, 1C cooked broccoli w/2 oz low fat cheddar cheese melted on top (1/2P, 1Fat, 2V, 1Dairy)

    S - SF/FF pudding w/1 C strawberries (1D, 1Fr)
  • Going on vacation in 80 days, my new challenge being POP on at least 65 of them. Can I do it?

    6: Flat Bread, 2 oz R/F Cheese (S, D)
    7: 6 oz Tilapilia, Cucumber, Olive Oil (P, 4Vs, Fat)
    8: ¾ Cup Pineapple (F)

    Activity: 60 Minutes Cardio
