I just read the last couple of pages of this thread and I am so giddy, I can be one of you guys!!!
Sorta. Today was my first day trying to run since PE in high school many moons ago. But it was great! Tomorrow I am going to walk for 25 minutes and then Saturday it will be Week 1 Day 2. I`m so looking forward to it, I`m sure I`ll have to keep myself from jogging tomorrow.

Lisa, kudos to you for running 4 miles in any form! I figure just the fact that I can get through 3.2 miles makes me pretty special so I'm always inspired by those who do so much more.
