Rai, I have the Salter Nutritional Scale and it does everything plus. I leave my plate right on the scale, weigh my meat, record it on paper than zero it off and add the vegetables, etc. Zero off after every additional foods, the plate weight automatically comes off everytime you zero it off. These scales have nutrition keys for calories of food, sodium/Protein/Fat/Carbs/Cholesterol and Fiber. You don't usually see these scales on E-Bay as they are high end scales. But you can Google and find all kinds of places that sell them. Hope that answers your questions.
P.S. TVP can be used in place of hamburger and takes on the flavor of whatever seasonings you mix with it. I have a recipe for "Sloppy Joes" that is excellent if anyone wants to try it, DH loves them.

. But, I have been counting calories since October. Have'nt lost a lot, but slow and steady. I have been shooting for 1200 to 1400 calories a day with a ratio of 30 fat, 40 carbs and 30 protien (I read that somewhere that is a good ratio). Today on fitday I am 1183 calories, 31 fat, 40 carbs and 29 protien. I think thats as perfect as I can get. It was a goooood day!
