Pam--
I hope you find out what is wrong with her soon. If she is still fevered today and is contagious definitely cancel the party...esp. since my kids will be there
You know you can
if you need some help or just to vent. Kimberly--That's a great loss...keep dropping!
Rhonda--I thought about doing that C25K before, but if my toe hurts just walking out on the track I don't want to push it running. I wish you great luck though, and I know you'll really get the weight dropping off once that hits your body.
Cristina--I am very jealous of your reading time...and Chelle's as well. I have a big stack of books I bought a YEAR ago and haven't found time to even start. I used to read daily, for hours and hours a lot of days, but now there just literally is no time...and the kids would never be quiet enough for me to concentrate anyway
One day I want reading time again! Selina--Thanks for the really great tips, and for making me think this seemingly impossible challenge might actually be something I can do. For rough days, I made a cheat sheet. It lists the 4 basic points of my plan and all I have to do on tough days is meet those 4 things...and they are solid, basic things that are either done or not, no middle ground or "good enough." Then I have a more drawn out plan of things I have added in over the past year, and on good days I"ll be aiming for all those things...but on a bad day I get to do the cheat sheet and just make it through somehow.
Dee--You should join us
It's ambitious, but Selina has me believing it can be done.I will catch up more later, have to get son to preschool. Daughter is taking a mental health day from kindergarten, she's completely worn out
