I ate worse this week than I have in 6 months. I ate out at places 4 times this week that I should have stayed away from. I am back on track today though. I don't know what got into me.

Good luck with weigh in today everyone! We are so close to the end now! We can do it.

I get so homesick on St.Patty's day. Back home in Savannah, GA they have a HUGE parade and everyone parties for day's. It's so much fun. Kind of like Mardi Gras(sp) in New Orleans. we do the beads and the boobies, the whole 9 yards...lol! Ahhh The good Ole day's....

Hey guys!! Sorry I've been AWOL. No time for personals today. We've had company and one of my sons is sick. I'm not feeling all that well either . . . a stomach bug, THANK GOD!! I dumped the 2 pounds I was up before WI.

As for me, I was surprisingly down today (on the scale... not emotionally..)! I have been so-so for the past few days so I wasn't expecting anything.. then I am down almost 3 pounds! I am just about at my halfway point... Yay! Well... halfway as far as LAWL is concerned. Very exciting indeed! I'm off to go get my car worked on.. :-( not fun, but it needs to be done! Hope you all have a great day! Peace!

Hi everyone! I am also sorry for going AWOL. I took my freebie last week due to having the flu. I could barely walk from my bed to the bathroom, so getting on the pc didn't even enter my mind! I've done ok this week. Lost a pound, which I attribute to working in my new vegetable garden and starting to do yoga several times per week. I'm a little worried about this next week, because my husband is on vacation, and since he's my eating buddy, it'll be hard for us not to lounge around and eat all week. But I have plans to go to the rodeo, where I'll be busy and do lots of walking, and we're going bike riding on Friday, plus more work in the garden and maybe some yoga, so hopefully I'll stay active enough to off set the bad food and maybe even lose something. Wish me luck!

I can't get on much. Our family can't stay at our house. Tornado came down our street. We are all alive. The important thing! House in bad shape lots of water damage. Please be in prayer for our family. We are having insurance problems, Easter is coming up and ds bday is the 25th. Kids are having a hard time with.

I am so sorry to hear that your family impacted by those storms! I will definitely be praying for you. Do you all have somewhere safe to stay?
