    Well, it's a small drop, but I'll take it! We stayed home almost all weekend due to bitter cold and the fact that we had been running every weekend since Thanksgiving. I had absolutely no alcohol. I'm in a challenge with a girlfriend not to drink the month of January to see how that affects our weight loss.

    Good to see the losses! On to week two!
  • Looks like a good drop to me, Boating! Ditching the alcohol may do nothing for weight loss, but you'll feel better.

    I am weighing weekly because I think weighing daily might be a bit depressing. I am only going to count whole pounds lost though. I can't be doing with all those decimal points.
